Fairways Accommodation Support Trust is a not-for-profit based in Chatham, Kent, that work with vulnerable homeless adults providing, accommodation, support and care; including all those classified as homeless and vulnerable this may include those who have been made homeless due to: domestic violence, marriage breakdown, loss of employment etc.
We provide safe housing and structured support, working closely with Medway Council, prisons, and local agencies to help people regain stability, dignity, and independence.
We support vulnerable adults to break free from homelessness and rebuild with purpose, working with partners to provide housing, recovery, and guidance every step of the way.

Fairways Accommodation Support Trust is committed to providing accommodation, support and care to all vulnerable adults between the ages of 18-65 years old – subject to assessment and having suitable accommodation for them.
All our homes are backed by a range of housing services, including a dedicated support team and a reliable repair and maintenance system. We’re proud to be active members of the local community.
Our team manages everything, from allocations and bookings to move-in and move-out support, ensuring a smooth, integrated housing experience. We’re dedicated to delivering a first-class service, and we welcome feedback from our residents on how we can do better.
